Batshele as a company was founded in 2009 and has since evolved through the years to become a boutique Change Management consulting company. We provide services ranging from coaching in change management, providing change management insights and advice to leaders leading teams and leading change in their environments.
We often say that technology and processes run organizations, on the contrary, People run organizations, using technology and processes as enablers.
Bongani Kamanga is the Founder and Managing Director at Batshele Consulting. Areas of specialization include:
Transformation and change management, Performance management, facilitation and organizational development. He has over 15 years of management experience including heading up: Strategy and Change Management division, leading a team of experts in the change and transformation disciplines.
